We work in all government and business categories that include construction, property development, mining, oil and gas, hospitality, retail, health care, QSR and events along with professional services of branding, advertising, architecture and engineering.

EXBO is a partnership between The Jason Group and Danny Ford OAM.
In line with The Jason Group’s national expansion, which includes the recent acquisition of Artcraft in five East-Coast States, we have embarked on a new direction and expanded commitment to Australia’s First Nation’s People.

As EXBO chairperson, Danny provides cultural awareness training, indigenous engagement advice, meeting facilitation and other business services.
Danny is a Noongar with connections to the Wadjuk, Yuet, Ballardong and Wilman clans. He has carved out a successful career as a consultant after almost 30 years in the WA public service. He holds a Bachelor of Social Work, a Diploma of Teaching and has worked in child protection, family support, housing, mental health and Aboriginal affairs. He is a past board member of the Clontarf Foundation and is currently on the Polly Farmer Foundation, ICEA and the Wungening Aboriginal Corporation boards.

“Aboriginal people have only generally been a part of the economy in recent times. In acquiring majority of EXBO, enables First Nations People a unique and exciting opportunity to establish ourselves as business owners and employers.

“The positive influence of this venture will impact beyond just myself and family. This will not only create a platform for economic wealth but also lead to more First Nations People being employed and be skilled in the printing and graphics sector.”
